These high-rise structures logically evolved from the constraints of the high plot ratio stipulated by the client brief and local height restrictions. The 230m high towers provide office, hotel and retail space. Rotating the structures by 45 degrees minimises overlooking and opens views up to the natural landscape both north and south of the site.
